Pets need us
Pets like cats and dogs are so adapted to life in a house or shelter, they can't take care of themselves. Getting rid of pets is like killing them or abandoning them because they have trouble being self-sufficient. That is why I think it is wrong to get rid of pets, and it is right to care for them.

Yes we should
Animals are stupid and can only be kept as property. If a dog escapes from its owner, then it will run to a car and get run over. Dogs have instincts to get run over by cars. Of course, they cannot commit suicide out of depression. If we don't keep animals as pets, they will all get themselves run over by cars. It also benefits humans. It's okay to keep animals as property because, although they may have feelings, humans are more important. Our lives prevail over their welfare. To me it seems obvious that animals should be property. We should separate them from their mothers because if they stay with them, they will be better off and our goal in life should be to torture these undeserving creatures. It's good that animals are entertainment. And yes, it is good to keep fish in bowls.

Therapy is perfect
In the modern day, more known as the 20th century, some animals are used as therapy for recovering or troubled people. It is now a very common used method for healing peoples heart. For some reason animals such as dogs are one of the most common used animals for this sittuation.

No freedom owners treat them harshly
Left in hunger when people go trips.
Vaccination is not done at the correct time so they suffer from different diseases.
Some owners put up ther pets in cages so the do not get the frreedom they want.
Newly born puppies are seperated from their parents so they donot get the love from its parents

Dog and cats are so cute
It's not just that they are cute they can also make you live longer,reduce stress,make you exercise and they are SO CUTE they make me have a big smile when I see dogs with people walking down the street and I ask people if I can pet their dogs they are AWESOMe

Negative implications are caused by humans
The negative implications of pet ownership are generally caused by the humans, not the animals. Being angry at your pets for messing up your house shows that you are not ready for a pet. By claiming ownership over a pet, shows that you are willing to care for it and create a safe environment for it. Letting them be free into the wild can just effectively wipe out an entire species, as their features that protect them for the wild is lost throughout the generations of living in a human's household.

Pets are a key figure in a child life a best friend and companion for life buy a child a pet and they'll have a friend for at least 3 years(hopefully) it teaches them how to love and care for something.
Most pets need excercise. And it's not just the pets that need it this generation need it

No One Should... Keep Pets... First of all think about animals, how they would be feeling when you take there freedom. Animal's life is not in a closed area it is remaining free and roam around. For your convenience you keep pets with you. Yeah I know some people give so much love to them and the animals too. But just think that sharing your all thing and passing time with them, Would they also like that? Just think that u live in a society where you are alone human and all others are dogs for eg. So how you will feel? You ever seen that all the animals are there with there groups and when you keep them they are alone. Let them make noise. Let them run. Let them remain with there other fellows. And come on let them reproduce with their choice and as much as they want. Let them live under sun beneath trees. Let them be FREE...

Dramatic sigh.
All you pet lovers don't even think about the pain you're giving to these poor animals. Take puppies, for instance. When you see them in the pet store, you don't see the anguish that you've brought to their mother. Because the puppy is so young, it might not even remember it's mother. Now take snakes. To some people, they're totally cool pets, but if the snake needs a heat lamp, then that means that it's been taken away from it's natural habitat. That's REALLY unfair! Imagine that when you were barely 1 year old, a bunch of kidnappers stole you away from your home, and you never saw your home again. How would that feel? So before you buy a pet, think about how it's family is feeling. ALL PETS BELONG IN THE WILD!

Animal slavery perhaps?
Keeping an animal against its will is really no different to incarcerating a person. Whilst it's understandable that people want to be close to, and care for animals, ultimately that suggests ownership of another lifeform which is slavery by any other name. If anyone cares about animals surely it's preferable to help and support them in their natural habitat. They need all the help we can give them due to destroying much of their natural their habitat.

People should not have pets
They are usually expensive and many people have allergies to them. Say that your neighbor have a dog. If you get a cat, the dog might come near your house and scare the cat. This might frighten or scare and even injure the kitten. Well, I have a lizard and I am not allowed to get it near my dog. It's really hard cause I usually spend time with the dog.

Mess is a no
They are just too messy. Look at all the mess they made to my house its just frustrating to look at torn magazines every where. It is not good to own a messy house. I am never going to own another pet again. Noot if they are going to make my house look like a dump

Does Not Benefit the animals
Keeping animals as property benefits humans, not animals. It's also a perfect example of speciesism: the argument supporting pets is that 'just because it's a dog, it should be treated as property'. We wouldn't keep a human as property but we would do so to an animal. We own the animal, and it cannot even own its own self. Face it: animals are not family, they are property.
