同学要我帮他翻译一下这句话，“随着地下交通网越来越多地担负起市内客运重任，地下交通的安全保障问题逐渐突显出来。”我翻译如下，“The underground traffic network increasingly undertaking the passage transport in city, the metro security issue of the underground traffic is emerging.”我是按照现在分词的规则翻的，可是别的同学说我这不对，应该在开头加个with，可按语法书所述，加个with只能是使整句更口语化，别的并没什么，请有识之士帮忙看一下，我翻的到底有没语法错误，谢啦！！
现在分词那句就是状语了，还非得要加个with才正确么？

原句中有“随着。。。”，因此应该用独立主格中的with 复合结构来做伴随状语。
