我觉得用清江鱼比较好吃。
我妈妈说:我做的鱼火锅也太好吃了吧!!
最近太馋鱼火锅了,马不停蹄的在家安排上了~
我妈说可比饭店的好吃多了,涮菜和鱼都好吃;最绝的还是涮面条啦~
准备食材:
清江鱼 葱姜蒜 火锅底料
做法步骤:
1、清江鱼需要用热水烫下表面刮去粘液,然后剁成块,加葱姜料酒和盐腌制20分钟,然后用厨房纸巾吸干水分煎到表面微焦
2、葱姜蒜炒香下火锅底料炒化加入热水煮沸下入几块冰糖
3、先下鱼头和鱼尾煮10分钟后下入鱼肉煮沸青菜煮熟铺在锅底再倒入鱼撒上香菜
真的是太美味啦~里面的菜都很入味巨好吃,一定要试一次!!
