next 是 下一个。 next to 是 靠近……。 in front of 是指在某物外部的前面。 例如 The shop is in front of the bus station. （商店在汽车站的前面。）in the front of 是指在某物内部的前面。例如 teacher is in front of the classroom .（老师在教室的前面）希望LZ能看懂。

next to指紧挨着的附近 I am next to Mike.

eg:I shall have been in thee army for fully three years by July next year.
