the harms of playing with a cell phone while walking on the road ? hmm... all I could figure out as one could be called a harm is that , it's quite very dangerous . All though you'll think you will still keep an eye on the traffic while you are playing with your cell and walking on the road,maybe you would have paid no attention to your mom's alarm ＂Mind the traffic,don't play the cell on the road＂at the moment you were being gone.本回答被网友采纳
